You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

Listings and sales

Sellers warrant that they own the item, that it is described accurately, and that it is legal and safe to sell. Cradl may remove any listing that breaks the community rules.

Payments and escrow

Payments are processed by Paystack and held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Cradl deducts a platform fee from each completed sale, shown before checkout.

Liability

Cradl is a venue connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own or inspect items. To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected transaction.

Disputes

Disputes are reviewed by Cradl admins and resolved as a refund, a release to the seller, or a dismissal. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect.
