- Name, email address and mobile number
- Province and profile details you choose to add
- Listings, messages and order history
- Bank details for payouts, stored for sellers only
Why we collect it
To operate the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, processing escrow payments, preventing fraud and resolving disputes.
Who we share it with
Paystack for payment processing, and our hosting and database providers. We never sell your personal information to advertisers.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time from your profile, or by emailing support@cradl.site.
Retention
Transaction records are kept for as long as South African tax and financial regulations require. Everything else is deleted with your account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted by row-level security so users only ever see their own records.
