What to report
Anything that puts a child or a parent at risk.
- Recalled or crash-damaged safety equipment
- Counterfeit or misleading listings
- Requests to pay outside Cradl
- Harassment or abusive messages
How to report
Open the listing and use the report action, or email the details to support@cradl.site with the listing link.
What happens next
Reports are reviewed by an admin, usually within one business day. Listings that break the rules are removed and repeat offenders lose selling access.
Emergencies
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact the SAPS on 10111 first. Cradl is not an emergency service.
