Money is held, not sent
When you pay, funds go into a Cradl escrow account — not straight to the seller. The seller sees that payment is secured and ships or hands over the item.
You confirm delivery
Once you have the item and it matches the listing, you confirm delivery in your orders page. Only then is the seller paid out.
Something wrong?
Open a dispute instead of confirming delivery. The payout is paused immediately and a Cradl admin reviews the case.

What isn't covered
Buyer's remorse, items collected and inspected in person and then regretted, or anything paid for outside Cradl.
